1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding Japanese public holidays) after the order is placed.

Orders placed before Cut-off Time 12 PM JST on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
Orders placed after Cut-off Time 12:00 PM JST or on sunday/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation or chat with your order details once your purchase is complete.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates (Domestic - Japan)

We ship with reliable carriers like Kuroneko Yamato, Japan Post , Sagawa Express to ensure your products arrive safely and efficiently.

Standard Shipping:
Estimated Delivery Time: 1 to 2 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Cost: calculated at checkout or Free for orders over ¥20,000 (sale items is not included for free shipping)

Please Note:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., severe weather conditions, carrier delays, high volume periods like sales events or year-end).
Delivery Date/Time Specificity: For You Pack, Chakubarai and Daibiki we offer the option to specify your preferred delivery date and time slot at checkout. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, they are subject to the carrier's availability in your area.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track the status of your package on the carrier's website:

Please allow up to at least 3hours for the tracking information to become active after you receive the email.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for security reasons. Please provide a physical address.
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or contents. Any such restrictions will be noted on the product page.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that we are unable to ship due to these restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at akiharujpph@gmail.com or chat us at chatbox within the day of delivery. Please include photographs or video of the damage to the package and its contents. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at akiharujpph@gmail.com or chat us at chatbox We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please note that investigations can take 10 to 15 business days to complete.

Cancellations

Strictly NO CANCELLATIONS. Please be sure of the item you're going for before making payment. Orders that have already settled and shipped cannot be canceled and must follow our return policy (if eligible for a return).
